ACCOUNT & SECURITY
This is the most common issue for new users. Ensure you have:
- Imported the market's PGP key into your keychain.
- Copied the entire PGP block, including
-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----. - Are using the correct Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key you uploaded during registration.
If you formatted your PC and lost your Private Key, your account is lost forever. Support cannot reset 2FA.
Drughub market uses an anti-spam filter. You may have been banned if:
- Your username matches a known scammer or vendor impersonator.
- You used a temporary email service in the optional email field.
- You accessed the site via a "Tor over VPN" exit node that is blacklisted for DDoS attacks.
Solution: Create a new identity using a fresh Tor circuit.
CRYPTO & DEPOSITS
Patience is required. XMR is private, but the blockchain must confirm the transaction. The market requires 10 Confirmations before crediting your wallet. This typically takes 20 to 40 minutes.

No. We have deprecated Bitcoin due to its lack of privacy. Chainalysis tools can trace BTC too easily. Use a service like Cake Wallet or simple-swap to convert your BTC to XMR before depositing.
ORDERS & ESCROW
This is standard practice for domestic orders to maintain OpSec. Tracking numbers create a digital trail. If you trust the vendor (check their reviews), this is normal. If the package does not arrive by the auto-finalize date, open a Dispute.
If the auto-finalize timer is running low (e.g., less than 24 hours) and you haven't received the product:
1. Go to your Orders page.2. Click "Extend Escrow" (if available) to give the mail more time.
3. If time is up, click "Dispute". A moderator will join the chat.
Note: You must stay active in the dispute chat. If you disappear, the judgment will default to the vendor.
